Market regulator SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) has revamped its website on Tuesday. The new website has several user-friendly features and is compatible with all mobile devices and desktops, which will help SEBI expand its digital presence.

The market watchdog said in a statement that the new website will give a better user experience across various devices, including mobiles and desktops.

The new website now allows sharing of web pages on the social media network, while the 'search' function has been enhanced with better search facilities in database as well as in the content files.

To enable need-based search, the content has been increased in order to increase accessibility of data. The new web pages have been enhanced to open even faster.

SEBI also added that the new website is compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which make the content more accessible to differently-abled persons and also conforms to the guidelines for Indian government websites.
