The Seventh Pay Review Commission submits its report to HRD Ministry

Prakash Javadekar, Union Minister of Human Resource Development, while addressing the media in Delhi on Tuesday, said that the HRD Ministry has received the report from the Seventh Pay Review Commission with regard to the implementation of the recommendations in educational institutions.
Javadekar also assured the teacher fraternity and the staff of educational institutions, university, and colleges that they will get justice in matters relating to their remuneration.
A committee headed by the Secretary, Higher Education, has been constituted. The committee will have officials from the Finance Ministry and other relevant offices and it will submit its final recommendations to the Cabinet.
"Those who had some doubts whether the government is moving or not in this direction, let me dispel their doubts. We have already started the action and soon they will get good news,’ said the HRD Minister.
