Q4FY17 Results: Titan Company Limited

Titan reported its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 on Friday.

The company's total sales for Q4FY17 came in at Rs 3429.7 crore, which represents a 10.62 per cent sequential decline and 43.41 per cent YoY increase.

Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs. 249.68 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 7.28 per cent.

The company reported PAT of Rs 197.75 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ decline of 21.6 per cent and a YoY increase of 5.82 per cent.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.6 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 1 each.

The stock opened at Rs 502, touched its 52-week high of Rs 505.65 on intra-day basis, and closed at Rs 494.5 on the BSE.
