Bharti Airtel contributes 75 per cent to the BSE Telecom Index gains

BSE Telecom index is the top gainer in the sectoral indices on Tuesday. The telecom index is up by nearly 2.10 per cent or 27.26 points at 1326.4 levels.

Bharti Airtel alone is contributing to almost 20 points or 75 per cent to the index gains.
Bharti Airtel is up by 3 per cent, HFCL is up by 2 per cent, IDEA is up by 1.3 per cent, Infratel is up by 1.28 per cent, TTML is up by 1.19 per cent, R Com is up by 0.47 per cent, MTNL is up by 0.4 per cent and Onmobile is up by 0.18 per cent.
Tata Communication is down by 0.05 per cent and GTL infrastructure is down by 1.59 per cent.
Vindhyatel is the top index gainer and is up by 7 per cent on intraday basis.
