KEC International Limited :- KEC International Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2017, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.60/- (Rupee One and Paise Sixty only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (i.e. 80%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. 

Tata Power Company: - Tata Power Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2017 have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.30 per Equity Share of Rs.1 each (@ 130%) to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2017.

Vardhman Special Steels Limited:- The company has informed the Exchange regarding Issuance of 1,35,70,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each pursuant to Rights Shares.
