Lupin Limited: - The company has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2017, has recommended a dividend @ 375% i.e. Rs. 7.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd :- Reliance Infrastructure InvIT Fund (RInfra InvIT) has received the final observation letter from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of units representing an undivided beneficial interest in the Trust. The proposed issue size is Rs.25,000 million with an option to retain oversubscription upto 25% of the issue size.

Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited:-  The company has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2017, has recommended the dividend of Re. 0.50 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2017.

Adlabs/Ashok Leyland :- These companies will be declaring their Q4 earnings tomorrow.

Somany Ceramics Limited :- The company has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 24, 2017 has decided to terminate the joint venture agreement executed between Keraben Grupo S.A. (formerly known as Keraben S.A.) and Somany Ceramics Limited in the year 2006 for setting up of SKPL Ceramics Private Limited (formerly known as Somany Keraben Private Limited).
