Construction firm PSP Projects will make its stock market debut on May 29 after successfully completing its initial public offering last week.

After the successful fruition of its initial public offering, the construction major, PSP Projects will hit the exchanges on May 29, 2017, commencing its stock market journey. 

The company's IPO was 8.58 times oversubscribed, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion got 8.38 times oversubscribed, non-institutional investors 10.39 times and retail investors portion 6.47 times.

The company had fixed a price band of Rs 205-210 per share for the offer, which opened on May 17-19, 2017. The public issue consisted of fresh issue of up to 72 lakh shares, and an offer of sale of up to 28.80 lakh shares by existing shareholders.
