Simplex Infrastructures Stock Prices Reach Highest Value in Past One Year

The company’s board of directors have recommended a dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up of the company subject on approval of shareholders at the AGM.

Construction & Engineering player Simplex Infrastructures soared nearly 4% on BSE at Rs 445 per share, in the first half of the trade.

The stock traded on a fresh 52 week high value of Rs 459.80 per share on NSE and at Rs 455.65 per share on BSE. The stock has attracted a traded volume 55,821 shares and a traded value of Rs 246.70 lakhs on today’s intraday trade.

However, the stock, on a yearly basis, has underperformed on the BSE Small cap index. Contract constructing infrastructural facilities is what the company is involved in.
