Real Estate Developer Indiabulls raises Rs 75 crore via debentures

The company, earlier this week had announced plans to issue secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh, aggregating Rs 75 crore on a private placement basis.

Through private placement of its debentures, Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 75 crore.

"The Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 75 crore", the real estate developer said in a BSE filing

Delivering 67% in a period of one year, the stock on the NSE has also outperformed the BSE Mid Cap and BSE realty indices over the same time span.
