Sun Pharmaceutical Becomes Top Gainer on Nifty as Pharma Stocks Surge

After announcing about receiving USFDA approval for generic Zetia tablets, Sun Pharma was the top Nifty gainer in Tuesday's early trade.
One of the top gaining indices in the morning session on Tuesday is the BSE Healthcare. It was up by 0.3% at 14316 at 1112 hours IST. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries is majorly contributing to the index gains and pulling it to higher level. It was up 1.2% at Rs 539.90 per share.

Nectar Lifesciences was up by 4.1% at Rs 35.25 per share, Kopran was up by 4.8% at Rs 87.80 per share, Suven Life Sciences was up by 2.4% at Rs 189 per share, Vivimed Labs was up by 1.9% at Rs 117, Jubilant Life Sciences was up by 2.3% at Rs 737 per share and Lupin was trading higher by 1.4% at Rs 1174 per share.
