Nifty pharma Top Losing Index in Friday’s Trading Session

Down by 1.5% at 9,550, Nifty Pharma is the top losing index in Friday’s trading session.

Down by 1.5% at 9,550, Nifty Pharma is the top losing index in Friday’s trading session. Lupin is trading lower by 4% at Rs 1,134 per share and as a result is contributing significantly to the index losses and dragging it to a lower level. It is also the top Nifty loser.
 
Other pharma companies viz. Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories was down 2.2% at Rs 2,639.30 per share, Divi’s Laboratories was down by 1.9% at Rs 644.25 per share, Cadila Healthcare was down 1.9% at Rs 522 per share and Cipla was also down by 1.6% at Rs 540 per share.
 
Glaxo SmithKline was down 0.6% at Rs 2,433.80 per share and Sun Pharma was trading lower by 1.3% at Rs 536.50 per share.
 
The BSE Healthcare was also trading in red as Lupin was dragging it down.
