SML Isuzu share prices increase despite weak sales data

SML Isuzu is engaged in the business of manufacture of commercial vehicles and spares. The company produces light and medium commercial vehicles. It manufactures and supplies state buses, ambulances and customized vehicles.
In its auto sales data on Saturday, SML Isuzu has declared that the company’s Q1FY18 sales data reduced 35.8 per cent to 3140 as compared to same period in previous financial year.

SML Isuzu has witnessed 15.4 per cent reduction to 1320 units in May 2017 against 1560 units in May 2016.
Despite of low sales data, the share price of SML Isuzu increased 0.44 per cent and is trading at Rs 1214 at 1502 hours. The stock has witnessed volume of 13580 in closing hour of Monday’s trading session.
