IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company receives LoIs for electrification works in Jharkhand

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company was trading at Rs 46.30, up by Rs 3.40 or 7.93% as at 1509 hours on Wednesday on the BSE.
Letter of Intents (LoIs) has been received by IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited from Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited under the Integrated Power Development Scheme, the company said in a BSE filing on Wednesday.
IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company was trading at Rs 46.30, up by Rs 3.40 or 7.93% as at 1509 hours on Wednesday on the BSE. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 47.35.
The LoI is for the supply of equipment and materials including providing for all erection services related to the contract for Urban Electrification works of Dhanbad and Dumka-Sahibganj Electric Supply Circles of JBVNL.
The total contract value of the LoIs is Rs 235.76 crore and completion schedule of the works is 24 months.
