The car maker in its regulator filling said that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the scheme of amalgamation between Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. and seven of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The country's leading car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki as always was pretty much safe with cumulative sales of over 1.06 lakh compared to the 98,840 units sold in June 2016, registering a total growth of 7.6%.
The seven subsidiaries are Maruti Insurance Distribution Services, Maruti Insurance Business Agency, Maruti Insurance Agency Network, Maruti Insurance Agency Solutions, Maruti Insurance Agency Services, Maruti Insurance Agency Logistics and Maruti Insurance Broker along with their respective shareholders and creditors.
