Kolte Patil developers has also entered into affordable housing projects to increase its existence in real estate market which has resulted in a strong Q4 numbers with a revenue growth of 62.5 per cent YoY.

This small cap stock has opened at Rs.173.20 and touched a high of Rs.174.75 with a low of Rs.171.60, and at 11.11 am, the stock is quoting at Rs.173.05 per share.
