The name of the five promoters are Sanjay Dhingra, Gulshan Dhingra, Naresh Dhingra, Krishan Dhingra and Kanika Dhingra.

The company has a return on equity of 27.51% for the past three years.

Meanwhile, the stock dipped 0.99% at Rs 150.30 per share on BSE. The stock on NSE attracted a traded volume of 1,60,591 shares and a traded value of 242.33 lakh.
