BSE Realty declines by over 1% with DLF being top loser

The top loser on the index being DLF Ltd which was trading lower by 3.40 %, at Rs 195.95.
During Friday’s trading session, S&P BSE Realty was trading lower by over 1% at 2146.79 levels on BSE at 1339 hours. The top loser on the index being DLF Ltd which was trading lower by 3.40 %, at Rs 195.95.
Among others, Sobha Ltd was trading down by 2.27% at Rs 394.80, HDIL Ltd was trading down by 2.21% at Rs 86.30 per share, Oberoi Realty was trading at Rs 378.25, down by 1.43%, Indiabulls real estate was dipped by 1.32% at Rs 209.30 per share.
Godrej Property on the other hand was the top gainer in the index. Godrej property was up by 0.89% at Rs 515 per share while Prestige estates project was trading flat at Rs 250 per share.
