The company's loan book as on June 30, 2017 increased 3.7% to Rs 13,808 crore from Rs 13,313 crore in previous quarter. Its 75% loan book as at June 2017 came from salaried and professional segment.
The company increased provisions for standard assets and non-performing assets from Rs 1.3 crore to Rs 4.15 crore QoQ.
Its gross non-performing assets increased moderately to 0.38% from 0.21% QoQ and net interest margin improved by 11 bps to 3.65% from 3.54%. Its cost-to-income ratio also improved QoQ from 17.02% to 14.9%.
Can Fin Homes Ltd is engaged in the business of housing finance, offering a range of loan products, housing loans as well as non-housing loans.
