The Global Space Technologies will be launching its SME initial public offering (IPO), with a price band of Rs 66 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each.
Scheduled to open on July 26, 2017 and close on July 28, 2017, the Global Space Technologies will be launching its SME initial public offering (IPO), with a price band of Rs 66 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each.
An issue of up to 30.34 lakh equity shares is what the company’s IPO consists of. The minimum bid lot is 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
Choice Capital Advisors is the book running lead managers to the issue. The registrar to the issue is Link Intime India.
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds of the issue for expenditure on research and development, advertising and sales promotion, funding incremental working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
The equity shares of Global Space Technologies are proposed to be listed on SME Platform of BSE.
