Net profit for the quarter jumped 21.2% yoy to Rs. 184.75 crore vs Rs. 152.4 crore in previous quarter. This was due to a significant decline in provisions of 27.9% yoy from Rs. 66.66 crore to Rs. 48.06 crore for Q1FY18.
PNB Housing Finance Ltd is a housing finance company that provides housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, and repair and up gradation of houses. The Company also offers construction finance to the real estate developers.
