Tata Steel Q1FY18 result expectation
Revenue may increase 9.45% to Rs 28,902 crore compared with Rs 26,406 crore in same quarter last year. EBITDA is seen increasing 30% to Rs 4,200 crore in Q1FY18 on year-on-year basis. Consolidated profit is likely to be at Rs 1,100 crore in Q1FY18 against loss of Rs 3,183 crore in Q1FY17.
Tata Steel was trading at Rs 598.60, up by Rs 23.10 or 4.01% as of 1328 hours on Monday, on the BSE.
The stock attracted traded value of Rs 44,355.85 lakh and traded volume of 74,65,430 shares on the NSE.
Meanwhile, Tata Steel was contributing most to the gains of S&P BSE metal index, the index was trading at 12723.04 level, up by 119.65 or 0.95%.
