Nucleus Software Exports, in a BSE filing on Tuesday post market hours, announced that the company has received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the buyback.

Activities for buyback up to 33,43,000 equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 350 per equity share will open on August 16 and close on August 31, the company said. Nucleus Software Exports was trading at Rs 284.35 per share, up by Rs 2.95 or 1.05%, as at 1054 hours on Wednesday, on the BSE.
 
The company is a provider of lending and transaction banking products to the financial services industry and its segments include products, projects, and services.
