BSE Realty index inches upward by 2.87%

As of today morning, the S&P BSE Realty index was trading higher by 2.87% at 2,017 on the BSE at 0924 hours. DLF topped the index, trading higher by 6.56% at Rs 165.60 per share, contributing more than 30 points to the index gains.

Indiabulls Real Estate was contributing more than 12 points to the index gains. Among other realty stocks, Unitech, Sobha, and Prestige were also trading in the green zone. Indiabulls Real Estate was trading up by 3.60% at Rs 233 per share, Unitech was up by 3.23% at Rs 7.68 per share and Prestige was higher by 2.08% at Rs 259 per share.
Sobha and Godrej Properties were trading over 1%. Omaxe and Phoenix were trading flat. On the other hand, HDIL was the top loser on the index, trading lower by 3% at Rs 56.65 per share.
