Going forward, the level of 9,830 is likely to act as a key hurdle and next resistance is likely to come at around levels of 9,870. On the downside, immediate support is likely to come around 9,770 and next support is placed around 9,720.
Nifty opened the last trading session with an upside gap and it continued its positive momentum throughout the day, however, towards the end some profit booking was seen at higher levels.
