A leading global specialty retailer offering high-quality, on-trend clothing, accessories and personal care products at affordable prices, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has signed a multi-store retail and e-commerce license agreement with American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.
The agreement provides AB Fashion and Retail exclusive rights to use the American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie brands to operate stores and an e-commerce site to sell products in India, the company informed.
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail was trading at Rs 171.35 per share, down by Rs 2 or 1.15% as at 1115 hours on Thursday, on the BSE. The stock hit its intraday high and low of Rs 175.75 and Rs 171 respectively. It attracted traded volume of 1,56,849 shares and traded value of Rs 271.13 lakh on the NSE.
