HealthCare Global buys shares of Suchirayu Health Care

With both companies being in the healthcare segment, HealthCare Global Enterprises has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) relating to the purchase of shares of Suchirayu Health Care Solutions Ltd. The latter is a public limited company that operates a multispecialty hospital at Hubli, Karnataka.
 
This acquisition was completed on August 17 and HealthCare Global Enterprises has acquired shares of Suchirayu Health Care Solutions for Rs 5 lakhs. The company would hold 17.72% of the outstanding share capital in Suchirayu.

Meanwhile, on Friday the stock closed lower by 0.35% at Rs 269 per share on the BSE whereas the benchmark index Nifty closed lower by 66.75 points at 9,837. Sensex ended lower by 270.78 points at 31,524.
