Fortis Healthcare scrip rises by 1%

Following the announcement that its subsidiary Fortis Cancer Care has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to sell 79.34% stake in Lalitha Healthcare

Following the announcement that its subsidiary Fortis Cancer Care has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to sell 79.34% stake in Lalitha Healthcare, the scrip of Fortis Healthcare shot up by over 1% intraday in Monday’s trading session.
 
The stock was trading higher by 1.45% at Rs 147 per share on the BSE at 0951 hours. It opened at Rs 156 per share and touched its intraday high and low at Rs 147.80 and Rs 145.30 per share, respectively. It attracted total traded volume of 5,05,944 shares and traded value of Rs 742.52 lakhs on the NSE at 0953 hours. Its 52-week high was at Rs 228.95 (May 3, 2017) and 52-week low was at Rs 142.15 (July 17, 2017).
