Global Infratech & Finance limited: The company has informed to the members and exchange that the company has shut down its operations in its infrastructure business and corporate office at Chennai, since the Infrastructure Business is incurring losses and there is little or no scope to bring the infrastructure business into profit. The company will henceforth carry its operations only in a single segment of Non-Banking Financial Company and will operate only from its Registered Office in Mumbai. Bharti Airtel Ltd: Bharti Airtel is in advanced talks with handset makers to introduce a 4G smartphone by Diwali for about Rs 2,500, bundling large amounts of data with the device to take the battle to Reliance Jio for retaining a share of the mass market. The stock will be in focus on 23rd August.
TCI Express Ltd: The company has informed the exchange about revision in its credit rating. CRISIL has revised its Bank loan facilities from CRISIL A+/stable to CRISIL AA-/Stable. The stock will be watched on Wednesday.
