The company informed that it has signed a contract to buy a secondhand medium gas carrier of about 35,420 cbm. The 1997-built vessel is expected to join the company’s fleet in Q2FY18.
The company’s current fleet stands at 46 vessels, comprising 30 tankers and 16 dry bulk carriers with an average age of 9.76 years aggregating 3.80 million dwt. Additionally, the company has committed to purchase one second hand LR2 product carrier. Meanwhile, the stock attracted total traded volume of 5,294 shares and traded value of Rs 21.38 lakhs on the NSE at 0918 hours. Its 52-week high stood at Rs 477.50 per share as on April 21, 2017 and 52-week low was at Rs 336.45 per share as on November 9, 2016.
