Coromandel International Q2FY18 PAT increases 4.5 times on sequential basis

The company reported PAT of Rs 342.5 crore, which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 354 per cent and a YoY increase of 60.5 per cent.
Coromandel International reported its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 on Wednesday.
The company's total sales for Q2FY18 came in at Rs 3646.9 crore, which represents a 60.2 per cent sequential increase and 2 per cent YoY increase.
Its operating profit (EBIT) for the quarter amounted to Rs 543 crore and its EBIT margin stood at 15 per cent.
