CCL Products jumps nearly 6 per cent on impressive Q2 numbers

It reported PAT of Rs. 33.4 crore which represents a sequential QoQ increase of 23.6 per cent and a YoY increase of 156.5 per cent.
CCL Products reported strong results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017 on Thursday.
The company's total sales for Q2FY18 came in at Rs. 296.4 crore. This represents a 20.1 per cent sequential increase and 105.9 per cent YoY increase.
Operating profit (EBIT) for the recently concluded quarter amounted to Rs. 48.9 crore and the EBIT margin stood at 16.5 per cent.

On Thursday, the stock opened at Rs. 330 per share and touched an intra-day high of Rs. 355 on the BSE, higher by 6 per cent.
