Alphageo up 4 per cent; company bags contract from ONGC

Share price of Alphageo surged to Rs. 985 per share, up Rs. 29.80 or 3.12 per cent, in the early trade on Monday on the BSE. The share has gained a total of 28 per cent in the last one month period.

The company bagged a contract of Rs. 154.77 crore from ONGC, WOB, Vadodara, Gujarat for the acquisition of 3D seismic data in Mehsana carpet area of Cambay basin, India.

Also, the company's board of directors are schedule to meet on Monday to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the second quarter and half yearly ended as on September 30, 2017.
