Cyient hits 52-week high on alliance with EA Technology

The share price of Cyient hit its 52-week high of Rs. 605.25 per share on Thursday post the announcement of its global alliance with UK-headquartered EA Technology.
 
Following the development of Cyient’s non-exclusive business alliance with EA Technology, an energy technology company headquartered in Chester, United Kingdom, the share price of Cyient surged by over 4 per cent on the bourses.
 
Through the agreement, Cyient and EA Technology will jointly do business on the global front. The companies will capitalise on their complementary expertise, with Cyient providing project delivery and implementation services for EA Technology’s assets investment management software solution.
 
Cyient hit an intraday high of Rs. 605.25 per share and an intraday low of Rs. 577.20 per share on BSE on Thursday. At 1435 hours IST, the stock was trading at Rs. 596 per share, higher by 2.13 per cent on BSE.
 
Meanwhile, S&P BSE Sensex was trading at 32,870.31 level, higher by 0.84 per cent and NSE Nifty50 was trading at 10,141.85 level, higher by 0.97 per cent.
