Indian markets opened on a flat note but built momentum on bullish side to end in green. All the major sectoral indices ended on a very strong note. The Sensex closed at 17,412 up 74 points after trading in the range of 17,442-17,249. Nifty closed at 5,222 up 24 points after making an intraday high of 5,231.
