Markets Up 1%, All 30 Sensex Stocks Gain

The markets have gained strongly on the Greece deal. The Sensex has gained over 200 points after a gap of many days and Nifty also seems certain to break the crucial 5700 level today.

Yesterday, the Euro zone finance ministers approved a debt deal for Greece which assures that Greece will reduce its debt levels in the future.

In the Asian markets, the Hang Seng and Nikkei have continued to trade in the green while Shanghai has further shed a few points.
Among the sectoral indices, Realty is up 1.38%. Bankex, CD, FMCG, Capital Goods and Oil & Gas have also gained over 1% each in the morning trades. The positive sentiment is so strong that all sectors are trading higher.
Of the Sensex stocks, HDFC and HDFC Bank are both leading the rally with over 2.5% gains each. Bajaj Auto is up 1.72% and Jindal Steel is higher by 1.6%. None of the index stocks are trading in losses this morning, which is a positive indication.
Most of the other scrips have also gone up in trades. Jaiprakash Associates has gained 3.8%. Apollo Hospital is up by 3.6%. Among the 'B' group shares, a total of 13 companies have gained over 10%. A high spurt in volumes is seen in the Federal Bank, SKF India and GSK Consumer Products counters.
Amid this bullish environment, many scrips have touched new highs, for eg. Atul Auto, Colgate Palmolive, GSK Consumer Products, Kaveri Seeds, etc.
The advance-decline ratio on the BSE is suggesting strong optimism, with a total of 66% advances.
Overall, with this very strong opening, the markets may remain in the green for the entire day.
