Rs 500 Crore: Zydus Wellness’ Revenue Target For FY14

The company reported growth of 26% in its topline for Q4FY13, as its net profit Came in at Rs 38.17 crore.
Zydus wellness, a subsidiary of Cadila Healthcare, came out with its Q4 earnings today (May 13, 2013). The consumer healthcare company has reported 26% growth in its topline to Rs 108 crore. The net profit came in better at Rs 38.17 crore, up by 60%.
For the fiscal, the company reported revenues of Rs 410 crore with a YoY growth of 19%. The net profit stood at Rs 97 crore, up by 43.5%. Following the results, the company has also announced a dividend of Rs 6 per share which gives a dividend yield of 1.2% at the CMP of Rs 497.05.
The quarter has seen its EBITDA margins sliding from 28.80% a year ago to 27.81% for the March 2013 quarter. On a QoQ basis, however, its margins have expanded by 177 basis points.
The company has set a target of Rs 500 crore for its revenues for FY14 which will be a 22% growth in the topline in the next fiscal. Considering its growth numbers, we would advise readers to enter the counter with a target price of Rs 585 which would give 17% returns on the CMP.
