63SATS Cybertech raises FY27 billing guidance to Rs 600 crore as H1 momentum accelerates

63SATS Cybertech has raised its FY27 billed-revenue target to Rs 600 crore after H1 provisional billing reached Rs 218.21 crore, already about 2.5 times its full-year FY26 billing.

✨ Key Takeaways

63SATS Cybertech has increased its FY27 billed-revenue guidance to Rs 600 crore from Rs 350 crore after reporting provisional billed revenue of Rs 218.21 crore in the first half, already around 2.5 times its Rs 87 crore billing for all of FY26.

The revision signals a sharp acceleration in the cybersecurity company's sales pipeline, although billed revenue should not be equated with audited or recognised revenue. Billing rose to Rs 115.64 crore in the September quarter from Rs 102.57 crore in the June quarter, a sequential increase of about 12.7 per cent.

The company reported an H1 Order Book of Rs 400 crore, of which roughly Rs 218 crore, or 55 per cent, had been billed by the end of the half year. The remaining orders are under implementation and are expected to be completed within a maximum period of 12 months. Of the Rs 45 crore order book that was open on April 1, 2026, Rs 23 crore had already been billed.

The scale of the new guidance remains demanding. The Rs 600 crore target is nearly 6.9 times the company's FY26 billed revenue, making conversion of the remaining order book, execution of the second-half pipeline and growth in recurring revenue important to delivery. Recurring revenue accounted for 10 per cent of H1 revenue and is growing, the company said.

CYBX AI CyberOps was the largest contributor during the half year, accounting for Rs 88 crore, or around 40 per cent of H1 billing. The artificial intelligence-enabled security operations platform automates threat detection, incident response and security operations. The company said the platform can reduce dependence on security operations centre teams by up to 60 per cent.

The CYBX consumer platform also expanded during the period. Downloads rose to 25 lakh at the end of H1 FY27 from 18.87 lakh at the FY26 close, while paid subscribers increased to 5.35 lakh from 2.32 lakh. The subscriber base rose 45 per cent in the September quarter from 3.25 lakh in the June quarter.

Enterprise expansion was visible in the Digital Personal Data Protection, or DPDP, opportunity. The company said its DPDP pipeline increased to 105 clients from more than 65 in the June quarter, with 40 net-new clients added in the September quarter. Confirmed H1 DPDP billing was about Rs 1.7 crore, while a further Rs 13.7 crore or more was in advanced and committed pipeline across BFSI, manufacturing, education and large conglomerates.

The company is targeting DPDP as a Rs 100 crore-plus focus area, but the current confirmed billing indicates that much of this ambition still depends on pipeline conversion. Enterprise clients increased to 107 from 72 at the FY26 close, while OEM and alliance partners rose to 55 from 12.

63SATS also said it had implemented and made live its first IoT and operational technology security engagement with Tamil Nadu's Department of Prisons and Correctional Services. The mandate covers connected systems and operational technology in correctional facilities.

Profitability remains a key qualification. The company said negative EBITDA during its current capture phase reflected investments in intellectual property, talent, certifications and market development. It expects EBITDA to inflect from FY28 and scale towards 40 per cent or more at maturity, though audited half-year accounts are yet to report the EBITDA figure.

63SATS is associated with 63 Moons Technologies' cybersecurity strategy. In its FY26 annual report, 63 Moons said 63SATS had ceased to be a subsidiary after an equity raise, although management control remained with 63 Moons under its articles of association.

As of 10:11 am on October 12, 2026, 63 Moons Technologies shares were trading at Rs 813.75, up 6.39 per cent from the previous close. The stock was about 12.6 per cent below its 52-week high of Rs 930.95, while its one-year decline of 11.97 per cent was weaker than the BSE 500's 6.29 per cent fall over the comparable period.
