As per the latest shareholding pattern for March 2026, Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal has added a 1.62 per cent stake in True Colors Ltd on a QoQ basis, acquiring 3,99,600 shares during the quarter. This marks fresh buying and makes it a key development for the stock. The company, which is an SME-listed entity, was listed in October 2025 on the BSE SME platform, and has since been in focus among investors tracking emerging Small-Cap opportunities.

The shareholding data shows promoter holding remained unchanged at 68.88 per cent. However, FII holding declined from 2.30 per cent to 0.77 per cent, while DII holding decreased from 10.81 per cent to 8.66 per cent. Public shareholding increased from 18.02 per cent to 21.68 per cent.
