Ongoing tensions in West Asia and disruptions at the Strait of Hormuz tightened LNG supply. Some suppliers even declared force majeure.

On the operational front, the company remains in strong growth mode. CNG volumes rose 17 per cent year-on-year in Q3 2025-26 and 18 per cent over nine months. PNG volumes grew 3 per cent in the quarter and 7 per cent over nine months. ATGL added 18 new CNG stations in the quarter, taking the total to 680. It also expanded its pipeline network to over 8,100 km. The company added around 35,000 new PNG connections in Q3 2025-26 and about 88,000 in nine months. Its domestic PNG consumer base has now crossed 10.5 lakh homes.
Financial performance also remained strong. Revenue rose 17 per cent to Rs 1,631 crore in Q3 2025-26. For the nine-month period, revenue increased 19 per cent to Rs 4,692 crore. EBITDA for the quarter rose 15 per cent to Rs 313 crore. For nine months, EBITDA stood at Rs 916 crore, up 3 per cent.

Despite these recent gains, the shares of Adani Total Gas Ltd. have underperformed. The share price is down 6.62 per cent on a year-to-date basis and has declined 10.90 per cent over the past year.
