Arkade Developers Limited has officially registered a Development Agreement for the cluster redevelopment of Shree Rani Sati Nagar Co-operative Housing Society, situated on SV Road in Malad West. This large-scale project covers an expansive plot of approximately 6,553 square metres and carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 700 crore. By focusing on this strategic location, the company aims to deliver a modern residential complex that integrates contemporary urban living standards with upgraded infrastructure and lifestyle amenities for existing members. The site's position along a major transport corridor ensures seamless connectivity to Mumbai’s primary business districts and social infrastructure.
This latest acquisition reinforces Arkade's aggressive expansion within the Western Suburbs, specifically strengthening its footprint in the Goregaon-Malad micro-market. The project follows a similar recent agreement in Goregaon West, which spanned 4,640 square metres with a GDV of Rs 350 crore. By securing this new Malad venture, Arkade Developers continues to build a robust pipeline of redevelopment projects, leveraging its specialised execution capabilities and design-led approach to navigate the complexities of Mumbai's urban renewal landscape.
