The order pertains to aluminium doors, windows and facade works and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The project is scheduled to be executed over a period of 18 months in multiple tranches, in accordance with the terms of the contract. The company stated that the name of the awarding entity has not been disclosed due to competitive sensitivity reasons.
Dhabriya Polywood also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

The shareholding pattern remained largely unchanged on a quarter-on-quarter basis in December 2025. Promoter holding stood at 67.75 per cent, while FII ownership was at 1.51 per cent. DII holding remained at 0.37 per cent. Public shareholding was at 30.37 per cent, compared to 30.38 per cent in September 2025. The total number of shareholders declined to 7,417 from 7,547 in the previous quarter.
