The IPO consists of 34.46 lakh equity shares, including a Market Maker portion of 1.72 lakh shares, an Anchor Investor portion of up to 9.76 lakh shares, a Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) portion of up to 6.52 lakh shares, a Non-Institutional Investor (NII) portion of not less than 4.96 lakh shares, and a Retail Individual Investor (RII) portion of not less than 11.47 lakh shares. GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue.
