The funding will strengthen iDO Devices’ mission to create a comprehensive design and product delivery ecosystem, supported by an innovation center in India. The company caters to global consumer electronics and enterprise technology clients across the US, Europe, and India. iDO Devices currently specializes in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Wi-Fi-enabled products and plans to integrate GPS and GSM capabilities into future projects.
Shalabh Srivastava, Founder and CEO of iDO Devices, said the company is building capabilities across chipset design, hardware, firmware, and systems software. The vision is to design proprietary SoCs and scale vertical product volumes in BLE and Wi-Fi technologies. Ashita Gupta, Founder and Chief Business Officer, added that the investment would accelerate customer acquisition, technology development, IP creation, and geographic expansion.
Blume Ventures Partner Arpit Agarwal highlighted the USD 15 billion global market opportunity in product design and fulfillment by 2025, with India positioned to capture a significant share. He noted that iDO Devices could become a go-to partner for global brands in consumer electronics, automotive, and healthcare. With over 100 technology experts in India and China and a strong partner network, iDO Devices aims to realize its “Single-Window Fulfillment Vision.” This includes building a comprehensive tech value chain in India, pioneering chip and unit design through advanced R&D, and enhancing connectivity and efficiency through eco-friendly digital innovations.
Blume Ventures, founded in 2010, is one of India’s leading early-stage venture capital firms with a portfolio of over 300 companies, including unicorns such as Unacademy, Slice, Purplle, and Spinny. Merak Ventures, managed by experienced investors Manu Rikhye and Sheetal Bahl, focuses on early-stage investments in B2B and emerging technology companies.
For iDO Devices, this funding marks a step forward in positioning India as a “Product Nation.” The company is not only targeting growth but also supporting the country’s transition from being recognized as an IT services hub to becoming a leader in product design and delivery.
