Caravela Beach Resort Owner Company Board Holds 38th AGM, Declares Second Interim Dividend

The company has a market cap of over Rs 500 crore. The stock price has jumped over 13 per cent from its 52-week low.

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Limited, operator of the Caravela Beach Resort Goa, held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025.

During the AGM, members adopted the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. They also noted the two interim dividends declared during the year: a first interim dividend of Rs 1 per share (50 per cent) paid on February 7, 2025, and a second interim dividend of Rs 0.90 per share (45 per cent) paid on May 23, 2025.

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd., the owner of Goa’s Caravela Beach Resort, has quietly set a new benchmark in the hospitality sector. For FY25, the company posted the highest return on assets of 25.4 per cent exhibiting a blend of operating efficiency and a healthy balance sheet, outperforming peers including Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, and Marriott-backed chains. This highlights the power of a focused, single-property strategy in a sector dominated by asset-heavy players.

The stock trades at a P/E of 21.7x, well below the industry average of ~36.7x, signaling potential for re-rating. A 3.23 per cent dividend yield further underscores management’s disciplined capital allocation and shareholder-friendly approach.
