MTAR Technologies Insider Trading Disclosures

According to insider trading disclosures filed with the exchanges, multiple promoter and promoter group entities of MTAR Technologies sold shares through market sale transactions on May 21, 2026.

Akepati Manogna, classified as promoter, disposed of 30,000 equity shares at an average price of Rs 7,532.3 per share. Following the transaction, the holding stood at 8,33,497 equity shares, representing 2.71 per cent stake in the company.

Kavitha Reddy Gangapatnam, also classified as promoter, sold 22,741 equity shares at an average price of Rs 7,622.5 per share. Post transaction, the holding stood at 2,20,000 equity shares or 0.72 per cent stake.

Meanwhile, promoter group entity K Vamshidhar Reddy sold 1,00,000 equity shares through a market sale transaction at an average price of Rs 7,910 per share. The holding after the transaction stood at 17,56,087 equity shares, representing 5.70 per cent stake in the company.

As per the March 2026 shareholding pattern, promoter holding in MTAR Technologies Ltd stood at 30.44 per cent compared to 30.59 per cent in the previous quarter. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake sharply to 17.31 per cent during Q4FY26 from 12.24 per cent in Q3FY26.

Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 27.66 per cent stake during March 2026 compared to 29.96 per cent in the previous quarter, while public shareholding stood at 24.59 per cent.
