Total income stood at Rs 6,432.28 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 5,621.50 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Profit before Tax and after share of profit of joint venture stood at Rs 1,936.86 crore during Q4FY26 compared to Rs 1,669.16 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a growth of around 16 per cent YoY. Profit attributable to owners of the company came in at Rs 1,519.95 crore during the quarter as against Rs 1,362.15 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year, registering a growth of around 11.6 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income attributable to owners stood at Rs 1,543.30 crore compared to Rs 1,131.35 crore reported in Q4FY25.
During the quarter, the company recognised an exceptional item of Rs 55.45 crore linked to provisions arising from the newly notified Labour Codes by the Government of India.
Eicher Motors FY26 Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Eicher Motors reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 23,407.56 crore as against Rs 18,870.35 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 24 per cent YoY. Total income stood at Rs 24,894.09 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 20,175.25 crore reported in the previous financial year.
Profit before tax and after share of profit of joint venture stood at Rs 7,157.51 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 5,933.07 crore reported in FY25, reflecting a growth of around 20.6 per cent YoY. Profit attributable to owners of the company came in at Rs 5,515.23 crore during FY26 as against Rs 4,734.44 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 16.5 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income attributable to owners stood at Rs 5,633.88 crore compared to Rs 4,504.12 crore reported in the previous financial year.
Dividend Announcement
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 82 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing 44th Annual General Meeting. The company stated that the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder approval.
Exceptional Item Related To Labour Codes
The company stated that the Rs 55.45 crore exceptional charge during FY26 was recognised following the notification of four Labour Codes by the Government of India on November 21, 2025. The provision was made based on the company’s assesSMEnt of the financial implications arising from the new regulatory framework and has been classified as a non-recurring item.
