Based on the transaction price, the bulk deal was valued at approximately Rs 2,380 crore, with 17 million equity shares changing hands between the buyer and seller in a single transaction.

FII and DII Holdings Increase

According to the latest shareholding pattern for the quarter ended June 2026, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake in Adani Green Energy to 11.84 per cent, compared with 11.10 per cent in the March 2026 quarter, reflecting an increase of 0.74 percentage points.

Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) also raised their holding to 4.82 per cent from 4.56 per cent in the previous quarter, marking an increase of 0.26 percentage points.

Meanwhile, the promoter holding remained largely stable at 62.43 per cent, compared with 62.44 per cent in the March 2026 quarter. Public shareholding declined to 20.90 per cent from 21.92 per cent during the same period.
