Gabion Technologies India Limited (Gabion), a geotechnical engineering and infrastructure solutions company, today announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of up to 36,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each through a 100 per cent Book Built Issue, with no Offer for Sale (OFS) component.
Gabion Technologies India Limited, a New Delhi-based specialist in geo-engineering solutions, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering on the BSE SME Platform. The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 and will close on Thursday, January 8, 2026, following the anchor book opening on January 5. Managed by GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited, the issue consists entirely of a fresh offering of up to 36,00,000 equity shares. Details regarding the price band and minimum bid lot will be published in Financial Express and Jansatta at least two working days before the launch.
The offering is structured to allocate not more than 50 per cent of the shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers, with a minimum of 35 per cent reserved for Retail Individual Investors and 15 per cent for Non-Institutional Investors. Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for critical business growth, specifically to fund working capital requirements and capital expenditure for new plant and machinery. Additionally, the funds will support general corporate purposes and cover public issue expenses as the company seeks to strengthen its financial position for upcoming projects.
Founded in 2008, Gabion Technologies has built a 15-year track record delivering over 75 projects across 29 Indian states and Union Territories, spanning sectors such as Defence, Railways and irrigation. The company operates an ISO/BIS-certified manufacturing facility in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh and provides essential services including slope stabilisation, erosion control and river training.
