Park Medi informed exchanges that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 25, 2026, approved the acquisition of V3 Healthcare Private Limited, which operates “The Medicity Hospital” in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
The acquisition will be executed in two phases, with 80 per cent stake expected to be acquired by August 31, 2026, while the remaining 20 per cent stake is proposed to be acquired after March 31, 2030.
The total acquisition consideration stands at approximately Rs 177 crore and will be paid in cash through acquisition of existing shareholding. The company clarified that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
About The Medicity Hospital
The Medicity Hospital is a multi-super speciality hospital located in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, with a total capacity of 330 beds. The company stated that it is the largest hospital in the Kumaon region and among the select NABH-accredited hospitals in the area.
The hospital offers more than 20 medical specialities including Cardiac Sciences, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Oncology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, IVF & Infertility, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Urology, Paediatrics and Interventional Radiology.
The hospital reported an unaudited turnover of Rs 55.74 crore during FY26, compared to Rs 49.04 crore in FY25 and Rs 42.46 crore in FY24.

Park Medi World stated that the acquisition aligns with its long-term growth strategy aimed at achieving operational synergies and expanding healthcare infrastructure in high-potential and underserved markets.
The company expects the acquisition to strengthen its healthcare presence in North India and improve scale across multi-speciality healthcare services.
