HMA Agro FY26 Performance
HMA Agro Industries Limited reported strong consolidated financial performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY26 stood at Rs 6,916.49 crore compared to Rs 5,133.02 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 34.75 per cent YoY.
EBITDA increased 54.75 per cent YoY to Rs 283.96 crore compared with Rs 183.49 crore in FY25. Profit before Tax (PBT) rose 73.36 per cent YoY to Rs 217.74 crore as against Rs 125.60 crore reported in the previous financial year.
Profit after tax (PAT) for FY26 came in at Rs 165.19 crore compared to Rs 87.69 crore reported in FY25, reflecting a strong growth of around 88.37 per cent YoY. EBITDA margin improved to 4.11 per cent during FY26 from 3.57 per cent in FY25.
HMA Agro Q4FY26 Performance
For Q4FY26, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,579.10 crore as against Rs 1,499.56 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a growth of around 5.30 per cent YoY.
EBITDA during the quarter declined to Rs 30.64 crore compared to Rs 38.02 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Profit before tax for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 11.46 crore compared with Rs 20.83 crore reported in Q4FY25.
Profit after tax came in at Rs 8.22 crore during the quarter as against Rs 12.35 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year.
Operational Highlights
The company stated that FY26 performance was supported by improved operational efficiencies, better scale and strong customer demand.
Management highlighted that the company continues strengthening its manufacturing infrastructure and customer relationships to support long-term growth. The company also stated that rising global demand and export opportunities are expected to support future expansion.
